Judy Albright, I.R.I.S. of Home Potential Interior Redesign has helped numerous homeowners stage their homes in the Tri-State area. Judy has helped people re-use, re-purpose and recycle what they have in order to market their home while keeping a budget in mind.

A Home Staging Consultation usually takes between two to four hours at an hourly rate of $100/hour. She follows up with a written five to six page Staging Plan at no extra charge.

Your Options:

Complete Staging

Using an objective eye, we give your house a thorough decluttering and professional staging. Depending on the size of your home, this process is completed from one day to one week. This option is the easiest for busy home owners.

Do It Yourself

We can provide you with a Home Staging Evaluation and Report that prioritizes specific areas to stage and how to do it. This is a great option for motivated sellers with some extra free time.

A Little of Both

Use the Home Staging Evaluation as your guide to prepare for our professional staging techniques. You complete the decluttering of the space and other work yourself, then we complete the staging in about a day.

Decorating Consultation -
$100 for a one hour consultation

The purpose of decorating one's home is to provide a comfortable, functional and attractive environment. If you have a room in your house that is just not working for you a Room Redesign will help you solve the problem. After discussing your concerns during a phone conversation, we will schedule a three to four hour redesign where we will rearrange your furniture, accessories and artwork.
